Refund policy

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product and health and safety regulations, we are unable to offer refunds for any opened or used products.

The customer is responsible for any postage charges for the return of goods unless the return is a result of an error on behalf of #untrashy.

Claims are individually assessed and approved returns are credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Please contact us to make a claim for refund or replacement.

Warranty

All products are guaranteed to perform as advertised for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase. 

Refunds or exchanges for products which have been found to be defective under the consumer guarantee will be assessed at no cost to the customer provided the following conditions are met: 

- Proof of purchase - The customer agrees to provide proof of purchase either from #untrashy or an approved stockist.

- Acceptable use - The item has not been used in a manner which falls outside of what would be normally expected of a product. This includes damage result from accident or misadventure (e.g. breakage).

 - Return of goods - The customer agrees to return faulty or defective goods to the place of purchase or, if purchased online, via registered mail to #untrashy at their own cost. 

Like for like - In the case of an item being no longer available a close substitute may be provided by #untrashy OR a refund of purchase price not including any shipping costs incurred by #untrashy or the customer.
